  Maybe not all regions bank locations are shitty but this one most certainly takes the cake. Besides being lied to, they yelled through the bank and they could not do the simplest thing like print out a statement or provide me with a pay off amount. Given the time and effort that this has cost me I will never recommend nor hold any form of service with regions ever again and I will actively steer people away from them for their safety and convenience. Given their phone service is equally terrible and you sit on hold for an hour because of incompetence and perhaps laziness, well, I again warn you off them. How much is your time worth?
