Please do not ever trust these people with your taxes or anything to do with your money. They will make mistakes and you will have to pay the IRS for them. Even though you pay for their guarantee, how many years do you think it takes for them to pay you?! They keep trying to delay this by appealing to the IRS who they never hear from . I hear from them and the late fees keep riding. The paperwork you put in their hands they never saw. When your seasonal office loses, you'll have to drive far away to one that never has an appt. bc it's open all year round to accomodate the " problem" they cause. Never dealt with such rude, lying, overcharging, incompetents in my life. It turned my life into a nightmare, Karen Jerinsky and Kathryn swadley.
